The Zonta Club of Rochester participates in Zonta International’s Young Women in Public Affairs Award. Since the program’s inception in 1990, Zonta International has given 601 awards to 534 young women, ages 16-19, from 50 countries. Our major fundraising event, Making Magic ,is being held this year on May 21st, at Glendoveers Banquet Hall on Old Browncroft Blvd. The event includes food and beverages, silent auction and raffle and other fun activities. This year we are featuring a show starring the famous Magic Mike! Proceeds from this event are directed to the Zonta Rochester Foundation and is used to support local and international services projects.
